No smoking is allowed.
Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are
asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Children are allowed.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after
departure.
**Housekeeping can be provided during your stay for a
fee of $80.00 per clean.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking. The
balance is due 6 weeks in advance of Vacation date. A
refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If
you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the
unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa,
Master Card, American Express - Money Order - Cashiers
Cheque or Direct Bank Deposit
